About the Role:

As a Social Media Specialist, you'll be a key player in crafting and refining our clients' social media presence. You'll leverage your expertise to optimize content, identify new opportunities, and ensure we're delivering maximum value across all relevant platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

Critically reviewing existing social media content and identifying areas for improvement.

Identifying relevant online groups and forums where our clients can effectively engage and build their brand presence.

Collaborating with the team to develop broad subject areas and content pillars that resonate with target audiences on different platforms.

Leveraging your industry knowledge and experience to suggest innovative platforms and approaches to enhance our social media strategies.

What You'll Bring:

A passion for Social Media.

A clear understanding of the nuances, benefits, and culture of major social media channels, including X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

A portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and initiatives across at least 3 of the aforementioned platforms.

Self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a remote working environment.

Working Hours & Location:

This is a remote position requiring availability between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM UK time (core hours). You will be expected to work an additional 2 hours per day at a time that suits your schedule.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive monthly salary of $650 USD with an additional 8% to cover employment taxes.

Paid time off on UK public holidays.

Generous vacation policy: After your first 3 months, you'll accrue one paid day of holiday for each month you work.
