The Role:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand visibility, drive engagement, and strengthen our online community. As part of our team, you will help promote our unique approach to IT services and connect with our audience in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content customize to our audience of small and medium-sized businesses.
Edit videos as needed for promotional campaigns or social media posts.?
Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences.?
Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
Respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Stay informed on industry trends and social media best practices to ensure our content is fresh and relevant.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy adjustments.?
Analyze performance metrics using SEO techniques to optimize content for better reach and engagement.?
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align social media content with business objectives.
Coordinate and manage paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the technology or service-oriented industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
Creative and proactive mindset with a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
Strong skills in content writing, graphic design, and video editing are highly desirable.?
Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to adapt to our brand voice.
Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.?
Familiarity with tools like Publer for social media management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the IT services industry is a bonus but not required.
