JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop engaging, creative, high-quality captions for our social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

Social Media Management: Schedule, publish, and manage daily posts on all social media channels. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.

Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CEO to create and implement a comprehensive and engaging social media strategy aligned with company goals.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics. Provide weekly reports and insights to optimize content and strategies.

Community Engagement: Foster and grow our online community by actively engaging with followers, influencers, and relevant industry groups.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with the brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new strategies to keep the brand relevant and competitive.

Ad Management: Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.

Budget Management: Manage social media ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve campaign goals.

Video Editing: Create and edit video content for social media platforms, including reels, shorts, and other video formats. Experience with video editing software and tools,

Qualifications:
Language: Must have a mastery of English written and verbal.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management and ad management, preferably for startups or small businesses.

Skills: Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social), graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

Creativity: Strong creative skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft compelling and engaging content.

Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data, ad performance metrics, and trends.

Video Editing: Proficient in video editing for social media content. Experience with tools like BigVu is a plus.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and strategies in a fast-paced startup environment.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
