Then Allie Bjerk’s team is looking for you!

Allie Bjerk is seeking part-time personnel to help new leads (aka potential future clients) engage with and enter our programs. You will be active on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms, reaching out to potential leads through comments and direct messages (DMs).

As a part of Allie Bjerk’s team, we focus on empowering entrepreneurs to build scalable, profitable businesses. Social Media Setters play a crucial role in generating business revenue by encouraging potential clients to schedule a call with our closers.

Our perfect Social Media Setter loves serving others and maintains a super positive attitude. You can pivot quickly when needed and relay issues to your team leader promptly. You have a warm, engaging communication style that makes people feel like they’re chatting with a friend.

Most of your communication with leads will be written communication. These will be live, real-time, back-and-forth conversations. Because of this, you are required to quickly and accurately respond to dynamic conversations in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate leads for Closers

Execute tasks for at least forty (40) hours per week

Use the Clockify App as a time tracker

Reach out to leads, reply to comments, and respond to private messages on Instagram and Facebook

Report daily output to the Sales Coordinator

RESULTS

During your working hours, you must respond to messages from leads within 2 minutes.

Engage withUpgrade to see actual infoleads/prospects per month (approx. 30-40 per day) generated through organic & outbound marketing methods.

Follow up with inbound leads who reached out via comments and direct messages.

Conduct outreach to potential clients within >Facebook community groups.

Maintain at least 40 daily lead interactions.

REQUIREMENTS

People Skills: You’ll be engaging in written conversations with people all day. A natural ability to build rapport is key (you don’t have to be an extrovert, just great at connecting).Integrity: Follow through on what you say, be honest with prospects, and only enroll clients who are a great fit.Leadership: Guide prospects to the best decision for them, even if it pushes them outside their comfort zone.Proactivity: Work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.High Standards: Maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability in all interactions.Poise: Handle crucial, life-changing conversations with calm confidence and support prospects in making the best decision for them.Availability: Must be able to work 40 hours per week.

Expected Proficiencies / Tools You’ll Be Using: Slack, Upgrade to see actual info, HighLevel, Facebook & Facebook Groups, Instagram, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Gmail, Google Calendar, ClickUp (Not all of these may be required, but familiarity is a plus).

AGREEMENT TERMS

Time Commitment:

Work at least 8 hours a day, 5 days per week.

Complete morning & end-of-day reporting tasks.

Be available to communicate through Slack during work hours.

This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time based on performance.

Working during U.S. hours is required.

This is a remote position, allowing flexibility to work from anywhere.

You may request time off with advanced notice.

Time off is honored after 8 weeks in this position.

Compensation:

This is an hourly-paid position with performance considerations.
