Social Media + Podcast Marketing VA Need asap

We have an immediate need for a Marketing VA to help us with our two brands. This is a full-time position with a salary + bonus and we’re looking to start someone asap, hopefully in the next few days.

We have two different brands under our company including a public speaking brand and a software development company. We’d like you to help us with both.

The three main areas you’ll be working in are: Social media management; video & podcast editing; online research and prospecting.

We will track all of your work in ClickUp and post all of your tasks there.

Duties include:
1. Create social media posts in Canva
2. Upload all social media assets to MeetEdgar
3. Manage MeetEdgar social media scheduling, content creation, etc for all of our brands.
4. Edit videos in inShot or CapCut
5. Turn videos into: YouTube videos, TikToks, Instagram reels & posts, YouTube shorts, BlueSky posts, Linkedin video posts, etc
6. Research content topics on Reddit, internet, etc.
7. Produce 2-3 podcast episodes per week (make edits, uploads and create highlight reels for social media)
8. Identify and message prospects on social media.
9. Contact other podcasts for guest spots
10. Contact guests to be on our podcast
11. Manage our podcasts on our Transistor account

You must be familiar with:

To qualify for this position you must:
1. Speak English
2. Be good at online research
3. Be available 1-2 times a month during Pacific Standard Time for quick video calls
4. Be able to use time management or time tracking software (TimeProof, Time Doctor, Tmetric, Toggle)
5. Be able to communicate via What’s App

We need someone who is:
1. A fast learner and dependable
2. Detail oriented and can follow instructions
3. Good at working unsupervised
4. Willing to ask questions when you can't figure something out

This is a full-time position Mondays through Fridays, with flexible hours. You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period. We honor most Filipino holidays. Salary is negotiable with a 30-day trial period to start. After that it’ll be $600/month for full-time work (40 hours per week).

Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get:
- 13th month
- Raise in pay

If accepted, you will be provided with complete training to fulfill your role. You’ll be working directly for the President. As our business grows you will have numerous opportunities for advancement including increase in salary/benefits/bonuses; increase in responsibilities; the potential to travel to the US, etc.

Our Interview Process:

3. If your samples look good and everything checks out we will hire you on a test basis within a few days.
