We’re looking for a social media content creator & outreach specialist to join our team! You’ll be working across 6 wedding brands and 1 digital marketing agency, helping us grow our audience, create engaging content, and build relationships through outreach.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
Outreach & Engagement (MOST IMPORTANT):

Find and connect with influencers, pages, and communities to share our content
Reach out for collaboration and reciprocal shares
Track outreach efforts and results
Engage with relevant posts, pages, and groups to increase brand visibility

Content Creation (Graphics & Videos):

Design engaging posts, stories, and reels using Canva
Edit short-form videos in CapCut (or similar)
Repurpose content for different platforms

Social Media Management:

Schedule posts and manage engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and GMB using Metricool
Research trends and hashtags for better reach
Monitor analytics and suggest content improvements

WordPress & Elementor (Bonus Skills):

Make minor updates to pages

???? What We’re Looking For

? Experience with outreach & social engagement (explain your approach in your application!)
? Graphic design & video editing skills (Canva & CapCut or similar)
? Familiarity with WordPress & Elementor (basic updates)
? Strong written English (for outreach and captions)
? Organized & proactive – We need someone who can track outreach efforts and improve engagement

???? Compensation & Growth

$6/hour starting rate
Pay raises based on performance – The better the outreach results, the faster the increase!
Long-term role with growth opportunities
No set hours- work on your own time using Timeproof; we're shooting for about 20-30 hours / week for now.
