We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing assistant to join our team. This part-time role is perfect for someone skilled in creating and managing engaging, visually appealing content. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in graphic design, social media management, and marketing strategies to grow our brand presence and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Design and create high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content for
Develop graphics, videos, and animations using Canva, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and other design software.
Write compelling captions, descriptions, and posts tailored to each platform.
Social Media Management:
Plan, schedule, and publish content across all platforms.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to foster community engagement.
Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.
Marketing Strategy:
Implement proven marketing techniques to increase engagement, followers, and sales.
Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute campaigns, promotions, and giveaways.
Required Experience:
3+ years of graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, or similar abilities.
3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of increasing engagement and driving sales.
Skills:
Strong understanding of social media platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Create animations or motion graphics to enhance content.
Utilize AI Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance content creation and ideation.
