We’re a family-owned clothing brand based in the USA (our target audience = moms), looking for a Social Media Marketing Strategist to join our team! This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) with potential to transition to full-time based on performance. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to be an A-Player on our team -who shares our enthusiasm and drive to make great things happen together.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years experience in social media marketing & content creation
- Time Management & Deadline Focused –- We thrive on organization and meeting deadlines
- Expert in Instagram &
- Skilled in Reels creation, video editing, and Canva (or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, audience engagement, and analytics
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet performance KPIs
- Strong communication skills for brand partnerships and collaborations
- Availability to monitor social channels, including some evenings/weekends
What You’ll Do:
1. Social Media Brand Management & Content Creation:
We’re looking for someone with ideas, strategy, and execution skills to ensure our social media presence is engaging and aligned with our brand goals. This role is heavily focused on creating high-performing content that increases engagement and sales.
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with monthly brand goals & KPIs while fostering a strong, engaged community. Storytelling skills are a plus!
- Create Instagram &
- Design graphics and write compelling captions to encourage interaction and conversion
- Handle the content calendar, making real-time updates based on content performance and trends
- Ensure all content is optimized based on Meta’s latest algorithm updates. Learning & Staying Updated on Social Trends.
- Research and implement innovative strategies to improve reach and engagement
2. Social Media Growth & Analytics
- Track key metrics for each platform and provide monthly reports with insights and strategies for improvement
- Use data to refine content strategies and implement new ideas for better engagement
3. Community Management
- Actively engage with our community by responding to comments and mentions
- Manage social media “inboxes” to ensure a responsive and engaged brand presence
- Monitor ad comments, assisting with customer inquiries or directing them to the right tea
4. Partnership & Collaboration Management
- Identify and communicate with brand partners, influencers, and content creators
- Organize co-giveaways and brand collaborations to expand brand reach
- Maintain an organized record of all partnerships and track their success
Compensation & Benefits:
- $640/month ($8/hr) | ~80 hrs/month (~20 hrs/week) with potential to transition to full-time based on performance.
