JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and execute social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for social media, and the ability to create compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (both visual and written) that aligns with our brand identity.
Design visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media posts, stories, ads, and campaigns.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to achieve specific marketing objectives.
Create graphics for ongoing update of our company website.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media marketing and graphic design.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
Highly proficient in video editing and animation for creating product installation videos.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Previous experience in a similar industry or with a similar target audience.
