We're looking for a skilled Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our Team. You'll oversee 8 Social Media Accounts using tools like Later to streamline management. Your role will involve crafting winning strategies and creating content that truly resonates with our audience.

The ideal candidate is passionate, self-motivated, quick-thinking, and flexible and thorough with an ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with an extreme organization and unwavering attention to detail, all while always meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Manage and oversee social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Content Creation: to create visually stunning and compelling videos that showcase our products in a captivating way. And graphic content that accurately represents our brand and captures the attention that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience. Part of your role is to develop a monthly creative content schedule for all social media pages and websites.

Strategy Development: Create and implement effective social media marketing strategies to grow our subscriber base and increase video views.

Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to brainstorm and develop compelling video and graphics content.

Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest social media marketing trends and best practices that are driving engagement and virality.

Audience Engagement: Foster strong relationships and connections with our audience by actively engaging with their comments, questions, and concerns in a timely and personalized manner.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on graphics and video content.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
