JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing social media branding and marketing company focused on scaling brands, building online communities, and increasing engagement. Right now, our primary focus is on growing the social media presence for a basketball fraternity, working directly with an entrepreneur who is leading this project.

This is just the beginning—we’re also expanding into client work to help businesses grow their digital presence through content strategy, branding, and engagement marketing.


Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a high-level social media marketer who will work directly with an entrepreneur to grow and manage social media accounts for a basketball community, while also contributing to future client projects.

Your main focus will be posting and scheduling content, community engagement, and audience growth. You’ll work with a video editor and graphic designer, so you won’t have to create content yourself—but you will be responsible for making sure it gets posted, optimized, and engaged with.


Key Responsibilities
# Content Posting & Scheduling – Ensure daily content is published across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
# Community Engagement – Respond to comments, interact with followers, and build relationships to foster an engaged community.
# Collaboration with Creatives – Work closely with the video editor and graphic designer to ensure high-quality content is published on time.
# Growth Strategy – Implement strategies to increase followers, boost engagement, and strengthen brand presence.
# Ad Management (Bonus Skill) – Knowledge of Facebook & Google Ads is a huge advantage.
# Performance Analytics – Track engagement, follower growth, and ad performance to optimize future strategies.
# Trendspotting – Stay ahead of the latest social media updates and best practices to keep us ahead of the game.

Key Attributes
# 5+ years experience in social media marketing, with a strong track record of growing accounts.
# Deep platform expertise – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
# Experience with ad management (Facebook & Google Ads is a major plus).
# Highly organized – can juggle multiple accounts, schedules, and deadlines efficiently.
# Data-driven mindset – can analyze results and pivot strategies to improve performance.
# Strong communication skills – able to collaborate effectively and engage audiences authentically.
# Entrepreneurial mindset – excited to be part of a fast-growing business with big ambitions.
