We’re seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager with Meta Ad experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating a strong online presence and managing social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Thrive and execute social media strategies to grow and enhance the company’s online presence.
Provides flawless judgment on targeting the right audience to implement a successful ad campaign.
Create engaging, high-quality content (text, image, video) tailored to each social media channel.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with our community promptly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and updates to implement best practices and keep our social media presence.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative team to align social media content with overall campaign strategies.
Develop, implement, and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns to meet the company’s objectives.
Know how to plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations to optimise campaigns and results.
Create engaging content and oversee its distribution across social media channels.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving engagement and reach.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management seasoned with Meta Ads.
In-depth knowledge of Meta advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads and Instagram.
Outstanding content creation skills, including copywriting and graphic design.
With strong analytical skills and experience in ad performance metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
With robust organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Exceptional in creative skills with the ability to design visually appealing ad creatives.
With proven skills and proof of certifications in this field is a plus.
Sharp attention to detail is essential
Fluent English (written & spoken) is a must - 10/10
