Company Overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to work with us on a project basis to design visually compelling and professional materials that support our branding and marketing efforts, as well as materials to share with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee social media content creation, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, ensuring high-quality and on-brand materials.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms such as
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to track engagement, growth, and conversion metrics.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.
- Create and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Identify and engage with influencers and potential brand ambassadors to expand our reach and credibility.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to inform strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Strong content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video editing.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights and strategies.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation:
