Social Media Marketing Lead

We are looking to hire a Team Lead to manage our client's Philippine-based Creative and Social Media team. This role requires strong leadership, creative direction, and digital marketing expertise to ensure the team delivers high-quality content that drives engagement and growth.

Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities:
— Oversee and manage the creative and social media team, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
— Provide guidance on content creation, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
— Coordinate and align social media campaigns with business goals.
— Develop and maintain a structured posting calendar to ensure consistent and strategic content scheduling.
— Optimize workflows and team efficiency to maximize output.
— Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
— Foster a collaborative team environment and support skill development.

Requirements
— Proven experience in creative direction, social media marketing, and digital marketing.
— Strong leadership and team management skills, preferably with experience handling remote teams.
— Ability to develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
— Strong understanding of performance analytics and data-driven decision-making.
— Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer) and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
— Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
— Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
