Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media VA to join their marketing team. The successful candidate will work directly with the Group Marketing Manager and produce monthly reports on campaign performance.

Requirements:
-Need to have a proven track record in managing social media accounts (medium to large businesses) posting across various social media platforms (and multiple Facebook pages) design of posts, banners etc utilising the resources on the creative marketing portals
-Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite
-Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
-Strong communication skills
-Creative
-Highly Organizational: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage social media accounts
-Running and monitoring paid ads inline with Company strategy
-Content creation: develop and produce creative, high quality social media content adhering to corporate guidelines
-Meta Business Suite management: Operate and manage all aspects of Meta Business Suite (this includes scheduling, posting and analytics)
-Daily request management: Handle daily requests for social content and creation and posting, maintaining a timely and efficient workflow
-Performance reporting
-Be able to work collaboratively in a team to align social media activities with overall marketing strategies
-Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
-The successful candidate will need to possess the ability to create engaging social content, both static and video.

-We are looking for long-term VAs, so aside from the base rate, there will be a pay rise of Php1,000.00 quarterly.
-A day shift job in a work-from-home setting.
-Works Monday to Friday, 8 hrs. a day including lunch break.
