About the Role

We’re a passionate eCommerce business looking for a Virtual Assistant – Social Media Marketer to help grow our brand across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

You’ll be in charge of creating content that connects with our audience, promotes our products in a natural way, and builds a community that loves what we do.

This is more than just scheduling posts — we want someone who gets eCommerce, understands the customer journey, and is excited to create content that leads to actual sales.

What You’ll Be Doing
=========

- Plan and schedule social media content (reels, posts, stories)

- Create simple but eye-catching graphics and videos using Canva, CapCut, etc.

- Write captions that convert (but still feel like a human wrote them)

- Research trends, come up with content ideas, and keep things fresh

- Repurpose product reviews and benefits into content that builds trust

- Monitor analytics and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement

- Reply to DMs/comments and build relationships with followers

- Take initiative, experiment, and learn as you go!

You’re Perfect If You...
=========

- Have experience managing social media for eCommerce or product-based brands

- Can create high-quality content without hand-holding

- Are organized, self-motivated, and LOVE figuring things out on your own

- Know how to make short-form videos and graphics that don’t feel like ads

- Are fluent in English and comfortable writing captions that sound natural

- Have access to stable internet and know how to get things done remotely

- Bonus: You’ve dabbled in paid ads, email marketing, or influencer outreach
