WHAT YOU’LL DO

Social Media Management: Take charge of our social media platforms???Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, Nextdoor, and LinkedIn. Your primary focus will be on crafting engaging content, managing our community interactions, and increasing our local presence in Seattle. You'll use your creative flair to tell our story and build our brand, making The Cleanup Guys a household name.

Lead Generation and Brand Building: Develop and implement strategies that leverage social media to drive business growth and generate new leads for our sales team. Your efforts will directly contribute to our footprint in the local market, helping us attract new customers and retain our current ones.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with our company’s goals. Focus on targeted email marketing and digital engagements to boost our visibility and engagement.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of social media campaigns and content strategies with a sharp eye on analytics. You'll track performance metrics, analyze patterns in customer engagement, and refine our strategies to maximize results. Additionally, manage basic administrative tasks like financial reporting to support our operational efficiency.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Proven Track Record: You have a solid background in social media management with a knack for generating new leads. Your experience should showcase successful campaigns that have tangibly increased engagement and customer acquisition.

Ambition and Drive: We are looking for someone who is hungry for personal and professional growth, tired of the status quo, and eager to elevate their career to the next level with a dynamic team.

Paid Ads Expertise: Experience with paid advertising management across social media platforms is highly valued. This includes crafting targeted ads that resonate with local audiences and drive conversions.

Brand Storytelling: You should have proven ability in storytelling and building a compelling brand presence, particularly in the home service industry. Your skills will help position our company as a leader in the Seattle market, connecting emotionally with our customers and community.








COMPENSATION
- Pay: $3-$4 per hour, depending on experience. We value quality and pay fairly for your experience and skills.

- Growth Opportunities: You have the opportunity here to grow into a Director / Vice President level role. I am looking for someone who is a leader and can manage a team
