Jay's Luxury Escapes Travel Agency is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager/Digital Marketing Specialist with VA skills to enhance our brand presence and assist with administrative tasks. We’re looking for someone with proven experience in lead generation, content creation, and brand growth to manage digital campaigns while supporting essential client-facing operations.

As an integral part of our team, you will develop and manage content, execute effective marketing strategies, and engage with potential clients. Additionally, your VA skills will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from processing inquiries to handling payment transactions. Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage high-quality content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, to attract and engage high-end clientele.
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation and boost brand awareness.
Run and optimize targeted advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads, focusing on conversion rates and return on investment.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics to track success and refine strategies for better results.
Engage with followers and respond to inquiries on social media, fostering relationships and maintaining a vibrant online community.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as processing client inquiries, preparing personalized travel itineraries, and managing payment transactions.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and luxury travel insights to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure cohesive branding and align content with overarching marketing goals.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, particularly in the luxury or travel industry.
Strong lead generation expertise and campaign optimization skills.
Excellent content writing skills to craft engaging, brand-aligned copy.
Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads, including setup, management, and performance tracking.
Understanding of SEO best practices to boost content visibility.
Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
VA skills for administrative support, including managing client communications, processing travel itineraries, and handling payment processing.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Preferred Platforms/Tools:
Google Ads and Facebook Ads for running targeted campaigns.
SEO Tools like SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
Social Media Scheduling Tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) for efficient management.

Marketing Platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) for lead nurturing.
Travel booking and payment processing tools for handling client transactions.
Analytics Platforms like Google Analytics and social media insights.
