== THE POSITION ==

As the Social Media Manager for our client in the business coaching and edudcation industry, you’ll play a key role in supporting coaches and industry experts to start and scale thriving businesses around their soul work.

Your primary focus will be to help the client with social media and content management, internal content management, and client engagement and management.

-> Requirements:
• Experience with Mighty Networks.
• Experience with social media management, specifically on managing content and courses through the use of Mighty Networks, Zoom, and Google Drive.
• Available to work part-time (20 hrs/wk).
• Can work during standard US business hours.
• Fast, stable internet connection (Minimum download speed 5 Mbps)
• Working computer/laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor - Intel i3 or equivalent, RAM - 4GB).
• Backup power source or work location for power outages.


-> Nice to Have:
• Experience with podcast and video editing.
• Experience with Riverside and Dubsado or other similar platforms.


-> Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Using Riverside to create and edit clips for podcasts.
• Using ChatGPT to cut and distribute content across several platforms: website's newsletter, Facebook group, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Instagram.
• Creating creatives for IG, Facebook, and Linkedin posts using Canva.
• Support in managing content and courses through the use of Mighty Networks, Zoom, and Google Drive.
• Uploading, adding content, removing old content, uploading weekly calls, compiling call recordings.
• Client communication and management through the use of Google Drive and Dubsado.
• Using Dubsado to manage clients onboarded, offboarded, and other administrative tasks such as booking of calls, reminders, and sending forms.
