Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Social Media Manager with experience using Go High Level (GHL) to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and enhancing our brand's social media presence across multiple platforms, leveraging GHL to optimize campaign performance and streamline workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media strategy, content creation, analytics, and familiarity with GHL's features and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Utilize GHL tools to automate workflows, manage CRM functions, and optimize campaign performance.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across platforms including Instagram,
Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, respond to customer interactions, and foster a positive community.
Analyze key metrics and create comprehensive reports to evaluate the success of campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales) to align social media activities with overall business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and GHL updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Manage and organize social media calendars, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns and track their effectiveness.
Train and mentor junior tea
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with hands-on experience using Go High Level (GHL).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and scheduling platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and provide actionable insights.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with paid social advertising campaigns and budget management.
Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.
