JOB OVERVIEW

About the Job:
We’re looking for a creative Social Media Manager to help a life coach grow their online presence and connect with people. You’ll make exciting content, attract new followers, and share inspiring messages that help people improve their lives. You’ll also create course ideas and build systems to turn followers into customers.

What You’ll Do:

Make Great Content:
Create and post fun and helpful content on social media (like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn).
Use videos, pictures, and words that people will enjoy and share.
Grow the Brand:
Help more people find the life coach by getting more followers and making the brand known.
Talk to followers and answer their questions to make them feel welcome.
Build Funnels to Attract Customers:
Use HubSpot to create systems (funnels) that guide people from social media to becoming paying customers.
Send emails and set up web pages to help people learn about the courses and services.
Create Course Ideas:
Work with the coach to plan lessons and courses that people will love.
Share these courses on social media to encourage people to join.
Track Progress:
Look at numbers (like likes and shares) to see what’s working and make things even better.

What You Need:
Experience managing social media accounts.
Skills in creating videos, pictures, and posts that get people excited.
Knowledge of tools like HubSpot for email and customer management.
Creative ideas and a love for helping people.
