JOB OVERVIEW

I am seeking a skilled, creative, and reliable Social Media Manager to help grow my women’s empowerment brand across LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram. My business, Blossom Beyond Divorce, helps Gen X women rediscover themselves and thrive after divorce to build fulfilling lives via my workshops.

This role requires strategy, content calendar creation, audience engagement, and growth tracking. Sales funnel & WIX experience is a plus! You must have a proven track record of increasing engagement and driving business growth through social media.

2+ years of experience managing social media accounts professionally.
+Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms.
+Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to match my brand’s voice (compassionate, empowering, and fun).
+Proficiency in Canva, video editing apps, and scheduling tools.
+Ability to analyze social media insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
+Experience with workshop or coaching businesses is a plus.
+Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with excellent internet service.
