JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Social Media Manager to manage social media accounts for 5 clients plus our own studio. This role involves repurposing client-provided videos, photos, and camera content into engaging posts and publishing them consistently on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

You will also oversee our studio’s social media accounts, ensuring our brand presence is strong and consistent. A key part of this role is determining the optimal posting frequency for each platform to maximize engagement and results. If you’re skilled in content creation, scheduling, and social media strategy, and have experience using tools like Canva, CapCut, and scheduling platforms, we’d love to have you join our team!

Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:

Manage social media accounts for 5 clients and our studio, ensuring each account has platform-specific posting schedules.
Create and maintain consistency in brand voice and visual style for each client and the studio.
Content Creation:

Repurpose client-provided videos and photos into creative social media content.
Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar programs.
Add captions, text overlays, and relevant graphics to enhance engagement.
Platform-Specific Strategy:

Research and implement the ideal posting schedule for each platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) based on client goals and audience engagement patterns.
Tailor content formats and posting times to align with platform best practices.
Scheduling and Reporting:

Use scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, or similar) to plan and automate posts for all accounts.
Track performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare reports for clients and the studio.
Suggest improvements based on analytics to enhance results over time.
Trend Awareness:

Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Incorporate trending sounds, hashtags, and formats to maximize visibility and engagement.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, businesses, or clients.
Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, and social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and short-form video content formats.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Analytical skills to track performance and adapt strategies.
