JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and motivated part-time virtual assistant to help nurture leads, build brand awareness, and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms. As a key part of our lead nurturing strategy, you will create engaging content, interact with potential clients, and promote the business’s services through meaningful online engagement.

Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Content Creation:
• Create and schedule posts designed to build trust with potential clients, including success stories, client testimonials, financial tips, and industry updates.
• Develop visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark to enhance posts and maintain brand consistency.
• Write captions, post descriptions, and thought-leadership pieces optimized for engagement.
2. Lead Nurturing and Engagement:
• Collaborate with the Lead Generation Specialist to identify key leads on LinkedIn and Facebook and nurture them through targeted content.
• Engage with leads by commenting on their posts, liking updates, and sharing valuable insights.
• Respond to comments and messages promptly, guiding potential clients toward consultations or follow-ups.
3. Community Building:
• Participate in relevant groups and discussions to increase visibility and position the company as an industry thought leader.
• Organize small campaigns or giveaways to foster community growth and interaction.
4. Analytics and Continuous Improvement:
• Monitor social media performance using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native analytics platforms.
• Track key metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, and website traffic generated from social media.
• Provide monthly reports and suggest improvements to optimize lead generation and nurturing strategies.

What We Are Looking For:
• Experience managing social media platforms for businesses (LinkedIn and Facebook are key).
• Excellent writing and communication skills for creating engaging posts and captions.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of analytics tools to monitor performance and refine strategies.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and creative in identifying growth opportunities.
Bonus Skills:
• Experience creating short-form video content for social media (optional).
• Knowledge of paid social media ads for future scaling.
