JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and driven Video Editor & Social Media Manager to join Rebecca Leigh’s team. This dual role is perfect for someone passionate about wellness, storytelling, and growing online communities. The ideal candidate will excel at editing podcast content into short-form videos while also managing and growing Rebecca’s presence on Instagram and YouTube.

Responsibilities:

Video Editing

Edit long-form podcast episodes into engaging short-form content for Instagram (Reels, Stories) and YouTube (Shorts).
Add subtitles, graphics, and effects to enhance viewer engagement.
Ensure all videos align with Rebecca Leigh’s brand identity and message.
Social Media Management

Plan, schedule, and post content across Instagram and YouTube.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
Track analytics to measure performance and identify growth opportunities.
Stay updated on social media trends and implement strategies to grow Rebecca’s audience.
Qualifications:

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PODCAST EDITING & CREATING SHORT-FORM CLIPS FROM LONG-FORM PODCAST
Proven experience in video editing (portfolio required) and social media management.
Proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Passion for wellness and storytelling is a plus!
