JOB OVERVIEW

The Social Media and Ads Manager is a results-driven professional responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing social media and paid advertising strategies to achieve maximum return on ad spend (ROAS). This role focuses on leveraging analytics-driven insights and tools like Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager to target specific demographics and address customer pain points. While audience growth and engagement are part of the strategy, the primary objective is to drive measurable business results through paid campaigns and coordinated efforts with the marketing team.

Key Performance Outcomes (KPOs)
-Subscriber Growth (40%)
Achieve a 5% monthly increase in subscribers across all platforms.
-Campaign ROI (40%)
Maintain a minimum 2x ROAS, with a goal of reaching 4x ROAS for all paid campaigns.
-Audience Quality (20%)
Reduce cost per lead (CPL) by 15% within the first 90 days while ensuring campaigns effectively reach key demographics (e.g., seniors and real estate investors).

Key Responsibilities

Ads Management:
-Strategize, create, and manage high-performing paid social media campaigns using Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
-Conduct in-depth audience targeting, A/B testing, and optimization to improve ad performance.
-Develop ad creatives (visuals and copy) tailored to marketing insights and specific demographic pain points.
-Monitor ad spend and ROI daily, making data-driven adjustments to maximize results.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with broader business objectives and campaigns.

Social Media Management:
-Develop and execute a content calendar that integrates organic and paid strategies.
-Create engaging, on-brand content (graphics, videos, captions) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
-Monitor social media trends and audience behaviors to enhance engagement and content relevance.
-Respond to comments, inquiries, and feedback promptly to maintain a strong online presence.

Analytics and Reporting:
-Track, analyze, and report campaign performance weekly, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
-Leverage analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform-specific metrics to refine strategies.
-Maintain detailed records of campaign KPIs, including cost per lead, ROAS, and audience engagement metrics.

Collaboration and Strategy:
-Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that social media and ad campaigns align with overall branding and business goals.
-Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools to continuously improve campaigns.
-Coordinate with external consultants or vendors when necessary to supplement strategy execution.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management and paid advertising with proven results.
-Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
-Experience creating and managing high-ROI campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
-Strong design and video editing skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
-Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adapt strategies accordingly.
-Must have reliable high-speed internet, a laptop or PC, and the ability to work remotely on a graveyard shift (PST).
