We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the role of running our Social Media. This individual will be responsible for crafting editing high-quality videos (both short form and long form), managing our social media channels, & copywriting with a strategic approach. Familiarity with SEO practices and experience in the real estate sector are highly desirable.
What we are offering:
$600-$800/month depending on experience
20-25 hours/week
Flexible schedule, work on your own time as long as weekly duties as completed
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies to boost engagement and brand awareness on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create and manage content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with followers.
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and insights to adjust strategies and improve performance.
2. Video Editing
- Edit captivating videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok that align with our brand voice and objectives.
- Utilize advanced editing techniques, including graphics, music, and effects to enhance content quality.
- Ensure consistency in video style and branding across all platforms.
3. Copywriting
- Craft persuasive and engaging copy for social media posts, video scripts, and promotional content.
- Optimize copy for SEO to increase visibility and drive traffic.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that aligns with campaign goals.
4. SEO Integration
- Apply SEO best practices to social media content, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies.
- Analyze and report on SEO performance and adjust strategies to maximize content reach.
Requirements
Experience:
Proven track record as a Social Media Manager, Video Editor, and Copywriter with a strong portfolio of work.
Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
Skills:
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut).
Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Deep understanding of SEO principles and social media algorithms.
Ability to analyze performance data and optimize strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
