Core Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging text, images, and videos to showcase services and projects in demolition, hauling, and land clearing, ensuring a strong visual appeal that aligns with brand values.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with marketing professionals to plan and implement social media campaigns that increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and support sales goals.
- Team Management and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of social media professionals, fostering skill development and ensuring cohesive execution of social media strategies.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, managing inquiries, and addressing customer concerns to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Analytics and Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs to evaluate campaign performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement and engagement growth.
- Trend Monitoring and Budget Management: Stay updated on social media trends and tools, manage the budget for social media campaigns, and ensure expenditures align with company financial goals.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Social Media and Video Editing: Proven background in social media management and video editing, with experience in content creation for construction or similar industries.
- Strong Content and Campaign Development Skills: Proficient in creating high-quality text, graphic, and video content that appeals to target audiences, with the ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship Ability: Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team, ensuring clear communication, task delegation, and a collaborative work environment.
- Analytical Skills: Skilled in using social media analytics tools to monitor performance, interpret data, and make data-driven improvements to social media strategies.
- Trend Awareness and Budget Management Skills: Ability to stay current with social media trends, manage budgets efficiently, and ensure campaigns align with company objectives.
- Exceptional Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating effectively with marketing, PR, and sales departments.
