Social Media Manager / VA for a Music Artist

I've got a bank of short videos for IG, TikTok and YT Shorts made and I'm looking for a social media manager with vast experience growing social media channels and a few more VA tasks related to increase my Spotify streams. Here's what I initially need help with:

- Schedule & post 3-4x per week on IG, TikTok and YT Shorts with relevant text captions and hashtags, based on what has worked on my previous posts
- Write those captions in my TOV, ensuring they are repurposed, platform optimised, and use trending audio or my music
- Occasionally add in-video captions for storytelling & engagement
- Use Chrome plug-ins to extract my most engaged fans on IG and add them to my fans & industry people spreadsheets, ensuring all data is complete
- Organise my workflow and automations needed for email marketing. I use Squarepace for my website, FloDesk for emailing and Feature.fm to collect data from fans who stream my music
- Research Spotify Playlist curators' contacts that are relevant to my song and pitch. I'll write the pitch structure but need help with pitching many a day
