Social Media Manager (Team Management Exp. REQ.) - WFH

Job description
We need someone who can run and build out our social media marketing department. You must have experience in either managing or building a social media marketing team. The majority of the focus will be on social media publishing and not ads management so you need to be able to have a good eye for branding, editing and quality control.

Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Marketer in a multimedia agency, advertising, or design industry
Passionate about content creation and knowledgeable about the latest changes in social apps i.e. Tiktok/Instagram/Pinterest and other social media platforms
Has hands-on experience in content management with a solid portfolio demonstrating excellence in content creation, copywriting, performance measurement, research, and calendar planning.
Demonstrated ability to confidently and easily communicate creative solutions to internal teams and clients.
Knowledge of multiple social media platforms and a team leader are required.
Proficiency in all things Google; especially Google Sheets.
Must be FLUENT in spoken and written English.
Proficient in Google Workspace.
Previous graveyard work experience preferred.
Must be able to work a night shift for 8 hours, Monday-Friday EST.
Must have the following: Own computer unit and backup; Stable postpaid internet connection and backup; Backup power supply.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php58,000.00 - Php125,000.00 per month
