Social Media Manager/ Team Lead

We are looking for a candidate who is committed, detailed oriented and consistently shows up to work and perform at best.

Excellent English speaking, reading, listening, writing and communication skills.
• Understanding of project management tools and Google Sheet, Google Doc, Google photos, Canva, creating email campaign.
• Strong attention to detail, motivated, reliable self-starter; proactive approach
• Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills
• Helps with small team management work but can also tackle a variety of writing, editing, design, marketing tasks.
• Must work and respond effectively in United States Eastern Time zone Monday- Friday
- Excellent internet speed, reliable computer with a camera and speaker.

- Launch strategic campaigns based on social analytics
- Engage with followers
- Target audiences with precision
- Monitor trends and adapt strategies
- Content create, manage and execute into action with a team.

* Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, LinkedIn
* Google Drive, Metricool
* Capcut, Canva, Premier, Photoshop
* Whatsapp


**There is a trial project that a candidate is required to do part of selection and hiring process.**

Google Analytics:
- Manager to track website analytics and user behavior.
- Set up custom event tracking, and conversion tracking
- Create data-driven reports for comprehensive insights and informed marketing decisions.

Video Editing/ Short Clips:
- Understand what it takes to create engaging and polished short clips. Knows how edit footage, and add transitions, effects, music, and text overlays to enhance the visual storytelling.
-Utilize video editing software to achieve professional results.


Email Campaign Management:
