Social Media Manager (Strategy + Content + Reels)

We’re looking for a self-driven, creative Social Media Manager who understands not just how to post — but how to grow. If you love researching trends, creating strategic content, and helping brands increase engagement and reach — this might be the role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing
Creating & managing a consistent content plan across Instagram & Facebook
Researching trends (reels, sounds, formats, hashtags) and making weekly suggestions
Creating graphics, captions, and short-form video content (reels, stories)
Scheduling and publishing content
Monitoring performance and engagement — adjusting based on what works
Brainstorming ideas to help us grow followers, increase engagement, and build community
Occasionally repurposing content from blog posts, emails, or coaching videos
Preparing weekly insights on reach, saves, likes, comments, and profile visits

Tools & Skills Needed
Confident using Instagram + Facebook (and perhaps TikTok)
Canva for graphics
Reels creation: comfortable editing inside Instagram or CapCut/InShot
Basic scheduling tools
Understanding of engagement strategies, hooks, and growth psychology
Bonus: Familiar with spiritual, mystical, or feminine-aligned brands


Optional Bonus Work (If You’re a Designer Too)
If you also love graphic design and enjoy creating visual assets beyond social media, there’s potential for additional hours doing tasks like:
Designing PDFs or lead magnets
Formatting course materials
Creating branded templates for web or print
Assisting with digital downloads and launch assets
This is completely optional and not required for the role — just a bonus for the right person who wants to go deeper.

Hours & Pay
Part-time, Room to increase hours and responsibility as we grow
Flexible schedule — ideally with some availability in Australian business hours
Rate: $5 USD/hour, paid weekly via Wise,Payoneer or Paypal
