We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager with a passion for storytelling and expertise in content creation. You’ll manage our online presence across platforms, attract potential clients, and drive traffic to our website. Your mission is to craft compelling content that resonates with luxury real estate buyers and sellers, while positioning Ruspini Realty as the go-to expert in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for social media platforms (Instagram,
Lead Generation: Design and implement social media campaigns to drive traffic and generate qualified leads.
Posting & Scheduling: Manage the posting schedule to ensure consistent brand presence.
Engagement: Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries to build relationships with potential clients and followers.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, and lead conversion) and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with real estate trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to ensure fresh, relevant content.
Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute innovative marketing ideas tailored to luxury real estate.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role, preferably in real estate or luxury brands.
Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for posts, blogs, and captions.
Proficient in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later).
Knowledge of SEO, lead generation strategies, and website traffic growth.
Excellent understanding of platforms like Instagram,
Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform strategies.
Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented with exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Real estate or luxury brand marketing experience.
Video creation and editing skills (e.g., Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Asana.
