As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on social media platforms, including Instagram,
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Posting:
Develop and post engaging content on Instagram,
Create and design captivating graphics, captions, and video content for each platform (photo posts, carousels, reels, short-form TikToks, etc.).
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and reflects our real estate business’s values and mission.
Video Editing:
Edit video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels,
Incorporate engaging visuals, music, and captions to enhance video appeal and viewer retention.
Knowledge of advanced video editing techniques, transitions, and effects.
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
Develop monthly content calendars and marketing plans, including campaigns, seasonal promotions, and listings.
Collaborate with our team to design unique and creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and promote properties.
Track content performance and optimize strategies based on analytics and insights (using platform insights and third-party tools).
YouTube Optimization:
Handle YouTube video uploads and ensure each video is optimized with the right keywords, titles, descriptions, and tags.
Understand YouTube SEO and leverage best practices to ensure our content ranks effectively.
Regularly monitor video performance and engagement metrics, making necessary adjustments to enhance visibility.
Community Engagement:
Respond to comments and direct messages on all platforms to foster engagement and build relationships with our audience.
Engage with relevant industry accounts, influencers, and real estate communities to expand our reach.
CRM Assistance (Future Need):
While CRM management will not be an immediate task, there will be future opportunities to assist in managing customer relationships through CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing social media accounts for businesses, particularly in real estate or related industries.
Expertise in social media platforms: Instagram,
Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, including keyword research, tag optimization, and video description best practices.
Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar programs.
Ability to create high-quality, visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Knowledge of analytics tools (native insights, Google Analytics, etc.) to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail and creativity with a strong visual sense.
A proactive attitude, quick to adapt to new trends, and an eagerness to stay up-to-date with the latest in social media marketing.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in real estate marketing and familiarity with the unique content types that resonate with real estate audiences.
Familiarity with CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or other real estate-specific CRMs) is a plus.
Ability to generate creative ideas and contribute to broader marketing campaigns.
Experience in influencer collaborations or social media partnerships is a plus.
