Social Media Manager (No Chat GPT!) - URGENT

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Social Media manager, to handle varied social media accounts within the Fitness and Health Industry (Sydney Hours).

Responsibilities:
*Manage multiple social media accounts across the fitness and health industry.
*You will be responsible for strategy, copies and creatives. We will provide images, video footage.
*Can work closely with our Video Editors and can make recommendations in terms of video content filming and editing.
*Can work with our Paid Acquisition specialists and can make recommendations for ad campaigns to increase engagement and followers on both Facebook and Instagram and possibly Tiktok.
*Excellent in both written and spoken english
*Must be available to work Australian Hours
*Available to start part-time and move to full-time role
*Must be proficient in Canva and can write copies without using ChatGPT
*Can look into analytics and measure growth and identity areas for opportunity.
*Develop captivating social media captions
*Collaborate with the design team to coordinate social media artwork
*Publish/Schedule Content
*Work on various content marketing initiatives
*Review KPI's, understanding performance, and make suggestions for improvements.
*Assist in other content-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
*Plus points if you have worked with Fitness and Wellness Industry
*Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail
* Proven background in growing social following and engagement
*Ability to brainstorm creative ideas
*Genuine passion for fitness and wellness (a bonus)
*Collaborative mindset and ability to work with a design team
*Previous experience in publishing content across various platforms
*Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
