JOB OVERVIEW

I am the owner of a communication and marketing agency working with international companies, and I also have a personal business as a book writer. I’m looking for a dedicated professional to support my personal business by managing and growing my social media presence, helping to find new readers for my books, and engaging with followers across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Content Creation: Design and post engaging content (around 5 posts per week per platform) on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (need to know Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva).

• Social Media Management: Improve or create from zero my social media editor profiles, interact with followers, respond to comments, and build meaningful relationships through Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Messenger to create a community of engaged readers.

• Lead Generation & Engagement: Connect with potential readers in various niches, fostering rapport with them to encourage book reviews and deeper engagement with my books (around 60 leads per month and 20 feedback)

• Marketing Research: Conduct market research on social media, particularly TikTok, to identify trends, opportunities, and potential new audiences for my books.

Facebook Ads Creation (Optional): It's a plus if you can create and manage Facebook ad campaigns (prior experience in Facebook ads is mandatory).

Skills & Qualifications:
• Creative and Happy personality.
• Like challenges, proactive and easy to adapt to changing enviroment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design, including Adobe Suite and Canva, to create visually appealing content.
• Experience in social media management, content creation, and follower engagement.
• Ability to conduct marketing research and adapt to trends, particularly on TikTok.
• Knowledge of ChatGPT and Midjourney is a plus.
• Experience with Facebook ads is a plus.
