The Comfy Place is a growing company dedicated to creating impactful and engaging content across multiple platforms. We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager who brings more than just Canva skills to the table. If you are proficient in advanced graphic design and video editing tools and have a proven track record of managing dynamic social media campaigns, we want to hear from you!

This role is for someone who can not only strategize and manage social media platforms but also create visually stunning and engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to grow and engage audiences across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Plan, schedule, and manage daily social media posts to ensure consistency and relevance.
- Monitor and analyze metrics to optimize engagement and content performance.

Content Creation:
- Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, ads, and other marketing materials using professional tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Edit and create engaging videos for platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok using tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Develop creative ideas and campaigns tailored to platform-specific audiences.
- Stay updated on the latest trends to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

Lead Creative Efforts:
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and campaigns that align with our brand.
- Create social media content calendars that align with our marketing objectives and audience needs.
- Ensure all visuals and copy are on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.

Engagement & Community Management:
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms to foster engagement and build a loyal community.
- Engage with followers and industry-relevant accounts to grow brand awareness.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Advanced Tools: Demonstrated expertise in graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Proven Social Media Skills: Experience managing and growing accounts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Content Creation Expertise: A strong portfolio showcasing design and video work, including graphics and short-form videos optimized for social platforms.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop content strategies tailored to specific platforms and audiences.
- Adaptable & Creative: A deep understanding of social media trends and a knack for creating engaging, innovative content.
- Excellent Communication: Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-Starter & Team Player: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience creating paid ad campaigns and measuring ROI.
- Knowledge of additional tools like Canva, Filmora, or CapCut is a plus.
