JOB OVERVIEW

(Instructions to apply are below) We are looking for a rockstar Social Media Manager / General VA who is interested in full-time work with an amazing company!

My name is Kayla, and I have absolutely loved growing our team with amazing Filipino talented workers, and I offered to help my friend Aruna find someone great to work with her as well!

Aruna Ramamurthy is a seasoned Licensed Massage Therapist, Success Coach, Author, NLP Master Practitioner, Yoga Instructor, and so many other cool things. She is super sweet, and I know anyone who gets the chance to work with her will be very fortunate!

You'll be in charge of all things social media. She is wanting and needing someone to really grow her following across all major platforms, so we are looking for someone who has experience and is extremely comfortable with all (or most) platforms, and keeping up with the ever-changing trends. Also, someone who already knows how to grow followers and will need very little to no training to make a big impact on her profiles and pages.

You’ll also be in charge of standard VA tasks, answering emails and DM’s, keeping things organized, putting together newsletters, managing her inbox, etc.

The hours would be on a US schedule, Mon-Fri starting at 9:00 am Eastern until 6:00 pm Eastern with an hour off for lunch.

We need someone who:

* Has a love for working with all social media platforms, and has a solid understanding of how to grow her presence and her followers
* Has a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Social Media Manager
* Has experience with creating reels, stories, etc.
* Knows their way around Canva
* Is comfortable jumping right in and being self-sufficient
* Is very comfortable doing basic photo and video editing, and knows how to find great brolls for videos. Bonus if you have experience doing more advanced work with videos.
* Proficient at creating original viral ideas, not just copying others
* Has a backup internet plan (like a hotspot) if the internet goes down. Bonus if you have a back-up generator/battery if power goes out
* Has a positive attitude, takes feedback well, and implements things that you learn
* Is detail-oriented, and takes time to make sure things look great, not just thrown together
* Loves to give 110%, is interested in a full-time, long-term career, and growing with an amazing, positive company. Someone who always goes the extra mile, not someone who does just enough to get by
* Is comfortable working on TimeDoctor (similar to TimeProof)
* Is very trustworthy, honest, asks a lot of questions for clarity rather than guessing, is reliable, and will communicate with Aruna right away if there are any issues, concerns, or questions
