As a key member of the marketing team, the right candidate will develop and execute strategic paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, audience targeting, and analytics to optimise ad spend and ROI. The ideal candidate will have a track record of creating impactful social media campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost conversions.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Execution: Design and implement innovative social media advertising campaigns tailored to specific objectives and target audiences. Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time to ensure optimal performance and budget efficiency.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights. Prepare detailed reports on campaign results, including audience engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets across platforms to maximise campaign effectiveness. Negotiate with media vendors and ensure ad spend stays within budget while achieving marketing goals.
Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to create compelling and visually appealing ad materials. Ensure content alignment with the overall brand messaging and campaign goals.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and advertising tools. Implement best practices and explore new growth strategies to keep ahead of the market.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaigns are cohesive and aligned with broader marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in social media marketing with a focus on paid advertising campaigns.
Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of advertising solutions on platforms such as
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics,
Creativity and Innovation: Ability to generate creative ideas for ad campaigns that resonate with targeted audiences and meet business objectives.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present campaign results and insights clearly.
Desirable:
Experience with emerging social media platforms and international markets.
Certifications in
Software:
Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager.
Experience in Tik Tok Advertising highly regarded
Skilled in Google Sheet, Zapier.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
