Social Media Manager (Focus TikTok)

We work with multiple influencers who primarily use TikTok to reach their audiences. As their management, it is our responsibility to keep them updated on the latest TikTok trends and to tailor these trends to their individual personas and strengths for maximum reach. You will play a key role in this effort by working closely with the influencers and ensuring they achieve the greatest reach possible on TikTok.

As a Social Media Manager your responsibilities will include:

- Helping with TikTok market research
- Adjusting trends based on the clients persona and strengths
- Planning the influencers strategy and branding
- Analysis of our influencers
- Communication with influencers
- Reporting directly to management

The ideal candidate should possess:

- Excellent written and spoken American English skills without any typos. Our target audience is based in the US, so it's also best if you know the American slang, to better address the American audience.
- Previous experience as a Social Media Manager is preferred
- Willingness to work 60 hours per week and occasionally more
- Fast learner
- Strong values of loyalty and honesty, looking for a long-term cooperation
- Creativity, the ability to think outside the box, good sense of humor (needed for TikToks)
- Fast typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- No TikTok-specific knowledge needed
