Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to take charge of our social media channels. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of all major social media platforms, including Instagram, Meta (Facebook), TikTok, and YouTube. This role involves consistently posting engaging content, responding to followers, managing community interactions, and devising strategies to grow our social media following. A passion for geek culture, including anime, movies, and gaming, is essential.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence and follower engagement.
Create, schedule, and post engaging content across all social media platforms multiple times a day.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, including handling trolls and negative interactions professionally.
Collaborate closely with the video editor to produce and promote high-quality content.
Engage with User-Generated Content (UGC) creators, providing them with scripts and guidelines to ensure content aligns with our brand.
Analyze competitors and industry trends to keep our social media content fresh and relevant.
Generate new ideas and approaches to maintain and grow our social media presence.
Track and report on social media performance, using analytics to inform and refine strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, especially within the geek culture niche.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, including their algorithms and best practices.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong knowledge and passion for geek culture, including anime, movies, and gaming.
Creative and innovative, with the ability to generate new ideas and strategies.
Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively with the video editors and UGC creators.
Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
