Position: Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Remote, Full-Time)

Automation Contractors is seeking a versatile and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to oversee and manage all our social media efforts, with a focus on LinkedIn and supporting broader marketing and engineering initiatives. You will collaborate with our team to craft compelling content, manage campaigns, and assist in UI design for both web and engineering projects. Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management:
-Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn and other platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
-Optimize profiles and pages to increase visibility and drive engagement.
Content Creation:
-Create engaging, professional, and on-brand content (posts, videos, infographics, etc.) tailored for LinkedIn and other platforms.
-Assist in the creation and editing of short-form videos using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
-Create daily Upgrade to see actual infos for posting using ChatGPT and other systems.
UI Design & Graphics:
-Design and optimize user interfaces, buttons, and other graphic elements for web projects and engineering-related projects.
-Assist with the design needs of new AI initiatives and collaborate with the web designer.
-Experience in UI/UX design is a plus, and training will be provided as necessary.
Programming Support (Bonus):
-If you have a programming background, your skills will be a valuable asset in assisting with website or app-related development tasks.
Marketing Support:
-Support broader marketing efforts, including email campaigns, newsletters, and digital ads.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategies that drive business growth.
Engagement & Community Building:
-Actively engage with followers, connections, and potential clients through comments, messages, and industry discussions.
-Build relationships with influencers and key players within the automation and control systems industry.
Analytics & Reporting:
-Monitor and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, conversions, and lead generation.
-Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and improve performance.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
-Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media, UI design, AI, and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and B2B marketing.
-Ability to create high-quality graphics and video content using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and similar.
-Familiarity with AI-driven content generation tools like ChatGPT.
-Understanding of UI/UX design, with a willingness to train and develop new skills as needed.
-Strong organizational and project management skills.
-Excellent communication skills, particularly in a professional, B2B environment.
-Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads, and other social media marketing tools.
-Programming experience is a plus, but not required.
-Must be able to work remotely and be available during EST working hours (8 AM - 5 PM).
