**About the Role:**
We are looking for a **Social Media Posting Manager & Content Creator** to spearhead our influencer outreach efforts. Your primary role will be **messaging influencers, inviting them to join our program, and managing content creation** in collaboration with our design and social teams. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH VAST EXPERIENCE ON THE ROLE.

**What You’ll Do:**
**Influencer Outreach & Messaging** – Engage with influencers across IG, YouTube, and TikTok, building relationships and inviting them to our program.
**Content Creation** – Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing and engaging social media content.
**Social Media Posting & Management** – Schedule and post content across platforms to maintain a strong online presence.
**Strategy & Engagement** – Help grow our brand presence by staying on top of trends and engaging with our audience.
**Collaboration** – Work closely with the design team and social media manager to execute campaigns effectively.

**Who You Are:**
Social media-savvy with experience managing IG, TikTok, and YouTube accounts.
Skilled at **messaging influencers** and building relationships.
A creative thinker with experience in **content creation** (graphics, captions, and trends).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations at once.
Passionate about influencer marketing and growing social communities.
