Position Overview:
At ELY Marketing, we are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and contribute to our clients' overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation! Create high-quality, engaging content, including text, images, and videos, that resonates with our target audience.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our clients' business objectives and target audience.
- Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook (LinkedIn experience is a bonus).
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with audiences through comments, direct messages, and other channels to foster positive relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, with a strong focus on Instagram and Facebook.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Strong creative skills and the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
- Strong copywriting skills in the English language - with an ability to apply different tone of voice to each client’s brand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills to measure and analyse social media performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for social media and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
