Job Title: Part-Time Social Media Manager & CapCut Video Editor

Location: Remote (Monday–Friday, 5 hours per day)
Job Type: Part-time (25 hours per week) | Opportunity for Full-Time

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Social Media Manager & CapCut Video Editor with experience in real estate marketing or digital marketing agencies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of growing social media accounts organically, creating high-quality content, and generating leads through social media engagement.

Success in this role will be measured by:
1. Growing social media accounts to 5,000+ followers organically within 6 months.
2. Generating and converting at least 3 leads into sales within the first 3 months.
3. Engaging potential clients through posts, comments, and direct messages (DMs).

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Growth & Engagement
• Develop and implement organic growth strategies to reach 5K+ followers within 6 months.
• Generate high-quality leads through social media engagement and direct outreach.
• Manage and grow accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business, and TikTok.
• Actively engage with followers through posts, comments, and DMs.

Content Creation & Video Editing
• Create high-quality graphics and visuals using Canva.
• Edit engaging short-form videos using CapCut, Upgrade to see actual info, or similar tools.
• Optimize video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Lead Generation & Sales Opportunities
• Use organic social media strategies and direct messaging to generate leads.
• Bonus Opportunity:
• Up to 15 additional hours per week for commission-based Instagram DM outreach.
• $25 per converted lead & sale through social media engagement.
• $250 per converted lead through geo-targeted DMs for Los Angeles-based clients.
• Additional DM outreach is optional and strictly performance-based (no hourly pay).

Project Management & Organization
• Track tasks and deadlines using Upgrade to see actual info or similar project management tools.
• Work independently while ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Personal Assistant & Admin Support
• Assist with scheduling, organization, and general administrative duties.

SEO & Paid Ads (Bonus Skills, Not Required)
• Basic knowledge of SEO and paid advertising (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads) is a plus.

Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in real estate marketing or digital marketing agencies.
• Proven ability to organically grow social media accounts to 5K+ followers in 6 months.
• Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business, and TikTok.
• Advanced video editing skills using CapCut, Upgrade to see actual info, or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Canva for content creation.
• Experience using Upgrade to see actual info or similar project management tools.
• Must have a working iPhone and laptop.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
• Advanced English skills (spoken and written).

Compensation & Bonus Structure
• Base Pay: Competitive part-time rate (negotiable based on experience).
• Bonus Incentives:
• $25 per converted lead & sale through social media engagement.
• $250 per converted lead through geo-targeted Instagram DMs.
• Additional Instagram DM outreach available for performance-based bonuses (up to 15 hours per week).
• Full-Time Opportunity: This role can become full-time if the candidate converts at least 3 leads into sales within the first 3 months.

Work Schedule
• Part-time: Monday–Friday, 5 hours per day (25 hours per week).
• Preferred hours: 9 AM - 2 PM PST (flexible for the right candidate).
• Additional Instagram DM outreach (up to 15 hours per week) available for commission-based bonuses.
