Social Media Manager Assistant (Digital Marketing Focus)

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Copy & Ad Creation: Write compelling ad copy,
Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging posts and reels for Instagram, TikTok,
Video Content Creation: Edit and produce short-form videos using trending audio and platform-specific strategies.
Story Updates & Engagement: Post stories consistently across platforms, ensuring event promotions are highlighted.
Performance Analysis: Track and optimize campaign performance, using insights to refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management, copywriting, and digital marketing.
Strong communication skills—clear, timely updates are essential.
Proficiency in Canva for creating eye-catching social media posts.
Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation & Expectations:
Part or full time (depending on company needs) with working hours in the window of 8am-4pm EST.
Must be able to meet deadlines and produce on-brand, high-quality content.
You will report directly to the main social media manager and the operations manager.
