Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and organized Virtual Assistant for Social Media Manager & Art Show Coordinator position to manage our social media presence and coordinate art shows. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about social media and the arts, and excels in customer service. You will be responsible for growing our social media engagement while ensuring the smooth execution of art events. A strong communicator with excellent project management skills will excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
• Monitor and manage all social media channels
• Repost positive mentions of Screw Factory Art across all relevant social media feeds
• Respond promptly and professionally to social media interactions and direct inquiries
• Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring regular and engaging posts across platforms
• Increase brand awareness and audience engagement through strategic content and interaction
Art Show Coordination
• Coordinate logistics and planning for art shows, from artist applications to day-of event management
• Provide excellent customer service to artists, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
• Source and manage vendor relationships for event needs
• Oversee artist application processes, ensuring timely review and communication
• Manage tasks and projects related to event planning and execution
Required Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English
• Experience in social media marketing and management
• Ability to handle high volumes of calls,
• Excellent project management and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks on time
• Experience in maintaining engagement and growth on social media platforms

Compensation & Benefits:
• Hourly rate: $3 - $7, depending on qualifications and experience
• Opportunity for growth with performance-based salary increases, up to $10 per hour or more
