• Manage and grow Business LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook accounts, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
• Create and curate engaging, professional content that aligns with our brand values and tone.
• Actively engage with our target audience on LinkedIn by:
- Interacting with posts in relevant communities and groups.
- Connecting with and engaging potential teacher candidates and school clients.
- Commenting and responding to comments to foster relationships.
- Strategically expanding the network to include high-quality followers aligned with our niche.
• Design and schedule posts to increase engagement, followers, and visibility.
• Use analytics to:
- Identify and target the right audience.
- Refine strategies to ensure content reaches and resonates with ideal candidates and clients.
• Launch and promote a new service, including:
- Creating a comprehensive social media rollout strategy.
- Building excitement and awareness through targeted campaigns.
- Monitoring and adjusting campaigns to optimize engagement and reach.
• Run culturally appropriate ads that align with UAE customs and values.
