Are you a strategic, data-driven, and highly creative Social Media Manager looking for a part-time remote role? Delegate You is hiring a Social Media Specialist who understands how to drive engagement, conversions, and brand growth through data-backed strategies and high-converting content.

Position: Part-Time Social Media Manager
Schedule: 8 AM - 12 PM PST (Remote)
Rate: $6/hr

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience managing and scaling LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram accounts
Advanced graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools) with a focus on conversion optimization
Strong copywriting expertise—knows how to write sales-driven, viral, and engaging content that resonates
Data & Analytics Mastery—understands insights, trends, and performance tracking to refine content strategies
Deep knowledge of social media algorithms, hashtag strategies, and audience engagement techniques
Ability to plan and execute campaigns that align with business goals, nurture leads, and boost brand visibility
Familiarity with AI-driven tools, automation, and scheduling platforms (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or similar)
Stay updated with the latest trends, viral content, and social media best practices.

Your Role Will Include:
Content Strategy & Execution – Creating data-driven content plans that increase brand engagement and conversion
High-Converting Visuals – Designing graphics that are optimized for performance and engagement
Compelling Copywriting – Crafting attention-grabbing headlines, captions, and CTAs that drive action
Analytics & Reporting – Monitoring performance, optimizing campaigns, and presenting insights
Community Engagement – Responding to comments and messages, and building an active brand presence
Trend Analysis – Keeping up with platform changes and leveraging viral trends for maximum reach
