JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an exceptionally creative, data-driven, and highly strategic Social Media Manager to take charge of our brand’s digital presence across all major platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and more. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for high-end luxury branding and a deep understanding of how to craft visually stunning, engaging, and viral content that resonates with affluent audiences.

As our Social Media Manager, you will work closely with our design, marketing, and content teams to develop innovative campaigns that elevate our brand’s presence in the luxury pool, landscaping, and construction space. Your expertise in content strategy, trend analysis, audience engagement, and competitor benchmarking will be essential in positioning our brand as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creative Direction
Develop and execute a high-impact social media strategy that reflects the luxury, exclusivity, and sophistication of our brand.
Work closely with our design team to create visually stunning, engaging, and unique content that captures attention and drives engagement.
Conceptualize and produce viral content, including high-end photography, reels, video content, and interactive posts that resonate with our target audience.
Develop exclusive, story-driven campaigns that showcase our luxury pools, landscaping, and architectural projects.

Social Media Management & Execution
Manage and oversee daily posting schedules, content calendars, and platform-specific strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
Ensure all content is highly polished, aesthetically consistent, and aligns with our luxury branding.
Craft compelling captions, storytelling narratives, and brand messages that engage and inspire high-end clientele.
Develop strategic hashtags, SEO-driven descriptions, and tagging techniques to optimize reach and visibility.

Growth, Engagement & Community Building
Build and nurture an exclusive, high-net-worth audience that is engaged and invested in our brand.
Monitor trends and leverage current events, viral challenges, and industry movements to keep content fresh and relevant.
Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster meaningful relationships with influencers, brand partners, and luxury enthusiasts.
Create and manage collaborations with influencers, industry leaders, and brand ambassadors to expand reach.

Data-Driven Optimization & Performance Analysis
Continuously track and analyze engagement metrics, audience behavior, and content performance to refine strategies.
Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and position our brand as the leader in luxury pools, landscaping, and construction.
Leverage data insights to optimize posting times, content formats, and campaign performance.
Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and strategies to maximize engagement and ROI.

Paid Social & Advertising Strategy
Develop and manage targeted paid social campaigns that drive high-quality leads and brand awareness.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create high-converting ad creatives that align with organic content strategies.
Ensure all paid promotions align with our luxury positioning and premium audience targeting.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

Experience as a Social Media Manager or Strategist in a luxury, high-end, or premium brand industry.

Deep understanding of luxury branding, high-net-worth audience engagement, and visual storytelling.

Expert-level proficiency in all major social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter/X.

Strong experience with content creation, including reels, short-form video editing, high-end photography, and graphic design coordination.

Mastery of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite, etc.).

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize content strategies for maximum impact.

Passion for creating aesthetic, high-quality, and sophisticated content that aligns with a premium brand.

Strong experience in competitor analysis, industry trend forecasting, and audience growth strategies.

Ability to coordinate influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and strategic sponsorships.

Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging, persuasive, and brand-aligned captions.

Knowledge of paid social media advertising and audience segmentation for luxury markets.

Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
